城墙卢戈古城有世界上保存最完整的古罗马城墙（MurallaeomanadeLugo）。高大的城墙用片岩砌成，全长2140米，高约11米，厚为4.5米，从城墙向外突出的85个半圆形石堡现仍保存50个，整个城墙有10座城门，城墙上是一条完整的步行道，绕城一圈需要三十分钟。此城于公元三世纪罗马人时期建成。罗马时代留下的遗迹还有老桥（PuenteViejo）和浴池（Termas）等。
